Privacy Policy

On this page we explain what data is processed when a person browses the MYATOM website, contacts the brand or uses the application form. The objective is to offer clear, proportionate and aligned information with the RGPD and the LOPDGDD.

3. How the form works

When the user submits the form, the data is securely transmitted to the MYATOM server and stored in the site's database so that the authorized team can handle the request from its management panel.

The form incorporates validation measures, protection against abusive submissions and a pseudonymized technical record of the connection for security purposes. No automated decisions are made or profiles are created with this data.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the request, maintain basic traceability of the communication and address possible legal liabilities. If the communication does not lead to a subsequent relationship, the data must be deleted when they are no longer necessary for that purpose.

7. Recipients and assignments

In general, the data will not be transferred to third parties except under legal obligation. They may be processed by technology providers acting on behalf of the controller, in particular hosting, database, email or support services, subject to the required contractual guarantees. Under no circumstances are personal data sold to third parties.

An effort will be made to select suppliers located in the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data outside this scope, the controller will apply the guarantees provided for by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, and will provide additional information when required.

9. Rights of interested parties

You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and, where applicable, portability of your data by writing to info@myatomems.com. If you consider that your rights have not been properly attended to, you can file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

10. Minors

This website is not specifically aimed at minors. If a minor provides personal data, they must do so with the intervention of their parents or legal representatives when required by applicable regulations.

The website may include access to third-party services, such as email or WhatsApp. Once the user leaves this site and enters an external service, the relationship is subject to the privacy policy of the corresponding third party.
